Laurinburg and Rockingham are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and both locations offer walk-in sick visits Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Please note, the Rockingham office is closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM every day for lunch. The Laurinburg office is open for Walk-in Check Ups on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 1:00 PM. The Laurinburg office is open Saturday and Sunday open 8:00 am until. (Rockingham patients may utilize Laurinburg's weekend hours). Please check our website or call us for any updates or holiday hours.

If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For non-emergency concerns after hours, you can contact our nurse triage service at 910-276-7570 who will connect you with one of our providers if needed.
Seek immediate care if your child experiences a medical emergency, such as difficulty breathing, severe allergic reactions, significant trauma or injury, or signs of a serious infection. For urgent care outside of regular hours, visit an emergency room or urgent care facility. Always follow up with our office for any ongoing care needs or questions.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice by calling our office. This helps us accommodate other patients who may need to be seen.
Yes, in addition to our Spanish-speaking providers and staff, we proudly offer live translators for all other languages and ASL for hearing impaired patients and parents.

Please bring your child's insurance card, a form of identification, any medical records or previous immunization records, and a list of current medications. If you have any specific concerns or questions, make a note of them to discuss with the provider.
Prescription refills can be requested by calling our office. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. We do not accept medication refill requests from local pharmacies via fax or phone. Please note, certain medication refills may require an appointment within at least 3 months of a visit.
We follow the recommended vaccination schedules provided by the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics. For more detailed information or if you have concerns about specific vaccines, please discuss them with your pediatrician during your appointment or review our office policies.
Yes, we offer telehealth appointments for certain consultations and follow-ups such as behavioral health appointments and reviewing test results. To determine if a telehealth visit is appropriate for your child’s needs, please call our office.
We are happy to provide a copy of your child’s medical and/or vaccination records. You can request vaccination records in our office or over the phone. Please allow 24 hours for processing.
For school forms, please allow up to 3 business days to process this request. These forms can be requested in person or over the phone. Note your child must be up to date on their annual physical in order for us to complete this form.

Most of your child’s needs can be treated in our office. However, we do have strong relationships with local hospitals including, Scotland Memorial, Richmond Memorial, Levine’s Children Hospital, UNC Health Children’s Hospital, and Duke Children’s Hospital.
